I almost ignored this… and now I won’t shut up about it

Hey Reader,

Confession: I ignored spermidine for years.

I’d hear about it at wellness conferences, see the booths, and think ugh, another supplement, no thanks. I would walk right past.

And honestly? I’m still annoyed at myself for brushing it off. Because once I finally stopped to learn more, I realized I had been late to the party on one of the simplest tools for longevity and midlife health.

So today I’m sharing it with you so you can skip the eye-roll, cut the learning curve, and maybe even be the one who shares it with your friends and family.

First, let’s clear the air:
Yes, it’s called spermidine.
And no — it’s not what you’re thinking. 😉

Here’s why it matters: spermidine is already in every cell of your body. It’s what helps your cells flip on autophagy — which basically is a built-in “spring cleaning” system that clears out old junk and makes space for fresh energy and repair.

The problem? Levels naturally decline with age. By midlife, when your microbiome shifts and your metabolism slows, you need more support to keep your cells working efficiently.

I’ve never been into the American band-aid approach — patching symptoms instead of addressing the root cause. To me, real wellness means starting at the cellular level. Because if your cells don’t work, you don’t work.

Here’s what I noticed after a month of spermidine:
✨ Better sleep (hello, calmer cortisol)
✨ Clearer head

And the science backs it up: studies show spermidine can support hormonal balance, heart health, and even protect your brain as you age.

Does it taste great? Nope. But sometimes the things that work best aren’t berry-flavored gummies. This is about giving your cells a natural boost that counts. I personally prefer to take less pills where possible so I prefer the powder but if you can't handle the taste then go for the pills as it is worth giving a try for sure.

Don’t make my mistake and wait years to get curious about this.
Start now, and you’ll have the unfair advantage of being early to the party.

🎙️ I break it all down (with plenty of laughs) in this week’s episode of The Well Drop.

💬 Final Poll Request

I’m putting together something special in November — a live Women’s Wellness Chat in Miami located at The Moore.
✨ An intimate gathering, more like girlfriends around a table than a lecture.
✨ A safe space to send me your midlife questions beforehand and I’ll answer them live.
✨ Real talk + real hacks on why and how our bodies evolve in midlife, and what actually works so you can thrive in this chapter (instead of feeling like you slammed right into it).

But I want your input on timing!
